Retail Orders
If you would like to return an item that was sent to you in error please contact our customer support team: support@bleedzone.com. We strive to fill your order accurately and swiftly but unfortunately at times mistakes happen during fulfillment.
We offer full refunds for defective, damaged or incorrect items. If it is our mistake where we sent you an incorrect or defective item, we can either ship you a replacement or provide a pre-paid return label for you!
Wholesale Orders
For wholesale orders, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and you will be given credit upon receipt of the material.
